**  Mortgage rates are likely to see a reduction today and over the next few weeks, as Lenders react to the FED's action to assume control of the GSE's, FannieMae and FreddieMac. This will guarantee liquidity in the mortgage industry abroad and will make home loans easier to obtain for average buyers.

**We are locking our clients rate upon automated approval findings, verification of income documentation and/or loan amount for refinance clients. This at least puts a ceiling on the closing interest rate and will allow us to relock when/if mortgage rates come down further.
